How long does it take for my account to be set up?
Short answer: Up to 24 hours on a working day
AccelerHosting performs automatic and manual fraud checks on all accounts. In addition, each account is set up manually as a result. Because of this, we ask all new clients to allow up to 24 hours on a working day for the account to be activated and be ready. You will not receive any emails from us after the initial emails sent to you straight after ordering.
If you order on a weekend or national holiday, then the 24 hours of account creation time will not begin until the working day has started. Thus if you order on Sunday, it may not be until Monday that we look at your order. This is normal operation for AccelerHosting however in some cases, we may activate your order sooner than 24 hours or even on a weekend (but this is not guaranteed!)
We recommend you order your account early to have your account ready in time with your schedules.
